From the traditional electrical installation to the finished production plant or machine group, we realize such things. With Elcoma GmbH, everything can be supplied from a single source, i.e. as a general contractor, we bring together the necessary trades for you and support you as a customer throughout a project until its completion. The advantage is obvious - the customer has only one contact person.
We can assist our customers in the development of projects and the elimination of the resulting problems. This can be, for example, the compilation of technical drawings, tenders, specifications or requirement specifications.

Software development
Software refers to all the virtual functional components of a computer.
Modern automation usually also includes reliable software, i.e. a machine or PC program that controls the processes.
In the past, we have implemented a number of special solutions in this area.

Visualization
Visualization is the recording of abstract data or states and displaying them in graphical form.
This refers to the graphical display of machine or system statuses. The clear advantage here is that it provides access to process or fault data. This supports troubleshooting and thus keeps downtimes, e.g. of a production machine, to a minimum. After all, time is money.
Another advantage of such a system can be the recording of process data. Here, for example, all such data arising in the sequence process can be archived, i.e. saved. Such files are also called LOG files. Log files have several advantages. On the one hand, the traceability of products and their process data, and on the other hand, support for quality assurance.
Visualization systems can also be used to intervene in machine processes.
A variety of applications are available to the operator of such systems.
Bus systems / Network / Data technology
Automation technology and bus systems can no longer be separated.
The advantage here is clear. Signal connections are programmed and no longer brought from A to B over long distances by means of collector cables and their many individual wires, as was previously the case. Today, this is usually done via a single two-wire bus cable. We have been involved in bus technology for decades and have already successfully set up very complicated bus structures and data networks. Whether Ethernet, Profibus, ASI bus, EtherCat, CAN bus, Insta bus (EIB) or fiber optic systems, when it comes to using bus systems, we are the right partner.
Switch cabinet construction
Control cabinets, control boxes, operating terminals, consoles or housings in special dimensions and paint finishes as required. We can offer our customers a broad spectrum in all areas. The combination of switch cabinet construction, in-house development and even our own patents in this sector makes us a strong partner.
