Laser safety
To ensure safe working on laser systems, we can offer you our Laser Safety Network (LSN).
With the LSN, all commercially available processing machines and laser devices can be connected in a safety-oriented manner. The LSN acts as a higher-level, networked, standard-compliant safety controller.
The following functions are possible:
- Emergency stop and safety door release of the system components
- Monitoring of the room concept, e.g. access control
- Release of the respective laser beam channel
- Cross-room assignment of laser beam sources
- Work on the open beam monitored by the LSN for adjustment and set-up operation
- PPE for the operator is required for this operating mode
- There are special requirements of the laser standard for this, which we meet with our patent-protected solutions
