Important information on switch cabinet construction
Thanks to our experience in switch cabinet construction, we can realize all customer-specific requirements. From floor-standing distribution boards to finished control cabinet walls, everything is possible. As there are many different requirements for switch and control cabinets, it is not possible to compare one control cabinet with another, as many details that the customer does not recognize at first glance are very important in the planning and development of such a cabinet.
The following are important details to which we attach great importance:
- Prior to mechanical processing, assembly drawings are produced to ensure that sufficient space is available and that the components do not collide.
This also prevents incorrect assembly.
- Complete documentation of the mechanical structure, i.e. all relevant perforations and component placements are recorded. This creates reproduction reliability.
- After completion of all cabinets, boxes and distributors, they are subjected to a VDE0113 / EN60204 test.
Such tests are prescribed by law and must be carried out.
Our products are provided with a multi-digit barcode seal that enables complete traceability.
Our customers are supplied with a summarized test report.
- All equipment is labeled in accordance with the circuit diagram.
We are able to label on most carrier materials. Our company produces all equipment markings itself, which creates flexibility and reduces costs.
- Circuit diagrams, circuit diagrams or circuit documents are required for every control system. You can obtain all of this from us on request. We create our electrical documentation with Eplan and are registered as a certified Eplan company.
